What diameters and thicknesses do you bend?

We bend tubes from Ø 10 mm to Ø 90 mm, in thicknesses from 1 mm to 6 mm, depending on material and application.

What is the minimum bending radius?

Our minimum radii depend on the material and diameter, but we can reach up to 1.5 × diameter in steel and 2 × diameter in aluminum.

Do you work with customer's material?

Yes, we can bend customer-supplied tubing or we can bend our own tubing for complete projects.

What is the usual delivery time?

For samples or prototypes, the lead time is usually 5-7 working days. For industrial series, 2-3 weeks, depending on volume.

What is tube forming?

The conformed consists of modifying the shape of a tube without cutting or welding it. It can be done by different techniques: flaring, throttling, expanding, deep-drawing, flattening or stamping. The objective is to adapt the tube to its final functionality without compromising its integrity and mechanical properties.
