Industrial quality steel welding

At COES we have more than 30 years of experience in carbon steel weldingusing both manual and robotic techniques. We offer safe and durable joining solutions for industries that require precision and strength. Our technical team in Terrassa (Barcelona) guarantees consistent and customized results.

Welding consists of joining two or more pieces of metal by means of heat and filler material. At COES we specialize exclusively in the welding of carbon steelThe most widely used material in metallic structures, industrial equipment and technical components. We work with processes manuals (MIG/MAG or TIG) and robotic to ensure both quality and repeatability in large production runs.

Types of welding we perform

Manual welding

Ideal for parts that are difficult to robotize due to their size or geometry. Our qualified welders master MIG/MAG and TIG techniques, adapting to each geometry or project requirement.
Ideal for large series, where speed and precision are required.

Welding equipment

We have a versatile machinery park that includes:

  • Manual MIG/MAG welding stations for versatile jobs
  • TIG equipment for cleaner, more technical welds
  • Automated welding robots with positioners
  • Customized tooling for serialized parts

Sectors that require our welding

  • Automotive: chassis, reinforcements, brackets and welded structural components.
  • Industrial machinery: structural parts and various components.
  • Metal construction: metallic structures and subassemblies.
  • Commercial equipment: chassis for supermarket carts, Stackers and display components.

Advantages of COES welding

  • Extensive experience in welding. Knowledge of common problems and their solutions.
  • Total flexibility: manual or robotic welding
  • Certified welders and validated processes
  • Strong, clean and distortion-free joints

Frequently asked questions about carbon steel welding

What is the difference between manual and robotic welding?

Manual is better suited to large or difficult-to-automate parts, while robotic offers greater speed, accuracy and repeatability in series.

Do you accept welding work from customer's material?

Of course. We can work with our own materials as well as with parts supplied by the customer, depending on the project.

Can I send you a design to validate its feasibility?

Yes, you can send us a plan or sketch and our technical team will review it. We also offer recommendations to facilitate the process.

Can you make small series or prototypes?

Our company specializes only in the manufacture of large series, however, as part of the project, we also make the necessary prototypes and pre-series.
